NAVAJO COUNTY SURPLUS AUCTION TO BEGIN APRIL 4

HOLBROOK, Ariz., March 30 -- Navajo County issued the following news release:

Navajo County's online internet auction of surplus items will begin on April 4, 2011 and run for approximately two weeks. Preview of items will be on April 12 & 13, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Contact Myrtle Pizell at (928) 524-4313 for more information.

Items include but are not limited to: Asst. chairs, Filing Cabinets, Metal/wood desks, 42" LCD TV, Magnavox TV, Guitar, Lanier 7320 Copier, Dodge Ram 2500 Pick Up, Dodge Ram V8 Pick Upsidents to travel back in time, it also brings them closer to the native wildlife found in the area," stated Maricopa County Supervisor Andy Kunasek, District 3. "The area is rich with wildlife so you never know when a mule deer might be observing you from the brush. If you look up, you might even catch a Red-tailed Hawk soaring overhead."

The complimentary event is open to the public and will feature speeches from Supervisor Kunasek, several local officials and a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Thn the card office.
