MANHEIM TWP.: A home in the 700 block of Tusitala Drive wasentered in the afternoon or early evening hours on Tuesday, policesaid. Jewelry and a handgun were taken. Loss is $1,350.
WEST CORNWALL TWP.: James S. Ketner, 22, of 440 Lititz Road,Manheim, was charged Tuesday with burglary, theft, criminalconspiracy, loitering and prowling at night time, corruption ofminors and criminal trespass for an incident Dec. 8 at 270 Old MineRoad. A television and DVD player were taken. Ketner was arrestedTuesday at Huntington County Prison where he has been incarceratedand returned to Lebanon County, where he was arraigned and placed inLebanon County Prison on $75,000 bail.
MARTIC TWP.: A 13-year-old juvenile was charged with vandalizinga home and garage with a BB gun in the 300 block of River Road onFeb. 6. Damage was $470.
MARIETTA: Cory M. Mathiot, 19, of 20 S. Mulberry St., Marietta,was charged Tuesday after being found in possession of drugparaphernalia on Feb. 2 at his residence.
MARTIC TWP.: Charges are pending against Cory Claypoole, 19, ofNew Providence after he was found to be in possession of a smallamount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the Martic ElementarySchool parking lot on Sunday.
EPHRATA: Edwin Reiff, 52, of the 100 block of Skyline Drive,Lititz, was charged for speeding and DUI on Sunday in the 300 blockof South Reading Road.
LITITZ: A resident of the first block of East Lincoln Avenue,reported that someone had charged $673 on her credit card topurchase a camera over the Internet from a shop in New York on Feb.17.
LITITZ: Michael Simpson, 22, of Lititz, was charged after heattended a meeting at Lititz United Methodist Church. He had beenordered not to be on the property.
EAST DONEGAL TWP.: Earl E. Ericson, 45, of 1210 River Road,Marietta, was charged Feb. 17 with simple assault and domesticviolence at his residence on Jan. 22. He was committed to LancasterCounty Prison in lieu of bail.
MANHEIM TWP.: A yellow snowplow was taken from the rear of Mike &Daughter Radiator Aid, 1159 Manheim Pike, sometime in the pastmonth, police said. Loss is $2,000.
LITITZ: Robert S. Noyes, 48, of Lititz, was charged after hesuccessfully withdrew $9,205.30 from his savings and checkingaccount at PNC Bank over the last several months, even though heknew he did not have the funds in his accounts.
MARTIC TWP.: A vehicle driven by Jay L. Herr, 23, of Holtwood,collided with one driven by Kerry A. Graver, 39, also of Holtwood,in front of the Rawlinsville Fire Company on Monday, as the twotried to clear the driveway in order to clear the entrance for afire truck.
PROVIDENCE TWP.: Chevy A. Sigwart, 20, of Conowingo, Md., lostcontrol of his vehicle Monday in the 100 block of Buck Heights Roadand struck a tree.
